This was my first real big project as a producer, involving as many as 50 musicians, playing in 4 different bands. A really cool and interesting project from which I learned a lot. Not only technical stuff, but more about the human side of producing music. Communicating well, dealing with insecurities, getting different band members on the same page; stuff like that. This all was recorded in the fall of 2015 in the Gasthoes, Horst. The project consists of 4 occasional bands who wrote the songs in one retreat weekend. It was as much fun as it was challenging. And it’s a celebration of the vibrating music scene of Horst and surrounding.
